Thank you for visiting the website of the Andalusia Homeowners Association. We are a gated common interest development community of 104 residences, each with its own private entrance.

Located in central Fremont, CA, in a beautiful and tranquil setting close to the East Bay Hills, individual homes feature 2- or 3-bedroom floor plans in a 1- or 2-story layout. Each home has its own attached and enclosed garage, and a deeded outside parking space.

Our buildings and landscaping feature Mediterranean architecture reminiscent of the Andalusia region in Spain. The common area includes a pool, spa and recreation center, and more than 100 palm trees. The unique environment is further enhanced with a beautifully designed palm grove near the large central water fountain and a rose garden near the pool. At night, well-placed lighting emphasizes the beauty of the architecture, fountains and landscaping, and makes it a joy to walk around the streets of our safe community.

We are located (Google Maps link) at the intersection of Del Oro Terraza and Gallaudet Drive, across from the California School for the Deaf.
