In order to have a peaceful, organized environment within the Andalusia community, the Board of Directors has adopted a set of guidelines for all owners and residents. These guidelines are intended to promote a safe and cooperative environment for all members of the community.

Because of the increased level of visitors to real estate open houses and residents' parties, the Board of Directors has created an "Open House Policy" and established guidelines for the security guard who is posted at the gate house during these events. Please review these documents before you have such an event.
