Thank you for visiting the Web site of the Andalusia Homeowners Association. We are a gated common interest development community of 104 residences, each with its own private entrance.
Located in central Fremont, CA, in a beautiful and tranquil setting close to the East Bay Hills, individual homes feature 2- or 3-bedroom floor plans in a 1- or 2-story layout. Each home has its own attached and enclosed garage, and a deeded outside parking space.
Our buildings and landscaping feature Mediterranean architecture reminiscent of the Andalusia region in Spain. The common area includes a pool, spa and recreation center, and more than 100 palm trees. The unique environment is further enhanced with a beautifully designed palm grove near the large central water fountain and a rose garden near the pool. At night, well-placed lighting emphasizes the beauty of the architecture, fountains and landscaping, and makes it a joy to walk around the streets of our safe community.
We are located (
Google Maps link) at the intersection of Del Oro Terraza and Gallaudet Drive, across from the
California School for the Deaf.
The
Fremont BART station is less than one mile away, and we are within walking distance of the park and recreational facilities of Fremont's
Central Park and Lake Elizabeth. The
Fremont Tennis Center is just 2 blocks away, and the
Golf Club at Fremont Park is about a half-mile away. In addition, the
Alameda County Library is just a few minutes away by car or walking, while the
Fremont Hub Shopping Center is about 2 miles away. Major freeways I-880 and I-680 are also just a few minutes away. Last but not least, the
Fremont Aqua Adventure has recently opened.
