In order to have a peaceful, organized environment within the Andalusia community, the Board of Directors has adopted a set of guidelines for all owners and residents. These guidelines are intended to promote a safe and cooperative environment for all members of the community.
Please review this document so you understand your rights and obligations as an owner and/or resident of Andalusia.

2. CC&Rs and By-Laws
The CC&Rs (“Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions”) and By-Laws are the legal documents that define the rules and regulations that govern the Andalusia CID (“Common Interest Development”). Every owner should have received a set of these documents as part of the close-of-escrow process when your home was purchased. You may download and print a copy of these documents, or contact CMS to have them create a paper copy for you (a fee will be charged).
